NORWEGIAN STYLE (“ŚLEDZIE PO NORWESKU”) HERRING WITH PUREE AND CREAM CUCUMBER SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250 g Norwegian style herring (“Śledzie po norwesku”)
  • potato puree
  • 20 g butter
  • 20 g cucumber
  • 100 g sour cream 18%
  • lemon juice
  • ground pepper, salt
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mash the previously cooked potatoes with a dab of butter.
2. Slice the cucumber, season it, add some lemon juice and mix with the sour cream.
3. Put all the ingredients onto a serving dish.
