- 150 g Gryfice-style herring (“Śledzie po gryficku”)
- 150 g cooked rice
- 200 g tomatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 30 ml olive oil
- salt, ground pepper
- fresh basil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cook a bag of rice.
2. Dice the tomatoes, sprinkle them with feta, add some salt and pepper and top with olive oil.
