GRANDMA ZOSIA’S SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
  • 800 g Kołobrzeg style herring ( or Norwegian stylegherring 2 x 250g)
  • 3 medium size cooked jacket potatoes
  • one medium size onion
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 5 gherkins
  • parsley
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Peel the previously cooked potatoes, dice them and place in a bowl.
2. Add a blanched diced onion, diced gherkins and diced herring.
3. Mix with 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, add salt and ground pepper.
4. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
