GRYFICE STYLE HERRING (“ŚLEDZIE PO GRYFICKU”) WITH COUSCOUS AND VEGETABLE MIX

INGREDIENTS:
  • 150 g Gryfice style herring (“Śledzie po gryficku”)
  • 150 g couscous
  • 20 g butter
  • 200 g frozen vegetable mix
  • salt, pepper
  • parsley
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook the frozen vegetables in salted boiling water until soft.
2. Take out the vegetables, keep the water.
3. Put couscous into a bowl and pour the water 1 cm over the top of it, add butter, stir and wait for 5 min.
4. When couscous is ready, put it onto a serving dish, strain the vegetables, place next to the couscous and add the herring.
