GRYFICE-STYLE HERRING (“ŚLEDZIE PO GRYFICKU”) WITH RICE, FRESH TOMATO AND FETA CHEESE SALAD

INGREDIENTS:
  • 150 g Gryfice-style herring (“Śledzie po gryficku”)
  • 150 g cooked rice
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • salt, ground pepper
  • fresh basil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook a bag of rice.
2. Dice the tomatoes, sprinkle them with feta, add some salt and pepper and top with olive oil.
3. Decorate with fresh basil leaves.
