PREPARATION:

1. Peel the carrots and cut them in cubes. Then put them into boiling water.
2. Cook them 2 minutes long and after that add the remaining chopped vegetables to the water and cook them for another 2 minutes.
3. Drain the vegetables, taste them and put them on a plate with herring in a cream sauce.

  • 150 g Herrings in a cream sauce
  • 350 g boiled vegetables
  • 50 g carrots
  • 50 g celery
  • 50 g courgettes
  • 50 g green beans
  • 50 g broccoli
  • 50 g leek
  • 50 g beetroot or striped beetroot
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish ideas
