HERRING IN CREAM SAUCE (“ŚLEDZIE W SOSIE ŚMIETANOWYM”) WITH RICE, GARLIC SAUCE AND FRESH SPINACH INGREDIENTS:
- 150 g Herring in cream sauce (“Śledzie w sosie śmietanowym”)
- 150 g a bag of boiled rice
- 125 ml cream 30%
- 20 g butter
- 200 g fresh spinach
- chopped garlic
- a pinch of nutmeg
- ground pepper, salt.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil a bag of rice.
2. Preheat a frying pan, put there the butter, cream, garlic and nutmeg.
3. Simmer for a few minutes. Add some fresh spinach, cook for 30 sec, put the previously boiled rice, stir.
4. Put onto a serving dish next to the herring.
