- 300 g fresh or frozen broccoli
- 300 ml cream 30%
- a pinch of nutmeg
- 100 mg blue cheese d’ or blue
- salt, pepper
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pour the cream into a bowl, add the pieces of blue cheese and nutmeg, season them with salt and pepper.
